The bodywork and paint repair work is good to dry. Does not have. A Quality Management System. Telephone service is very bad. The attention in person is regular until you claim them and they start to pay a little attention to you. They promise to deliver at a certain time and still they haven't even washed the car when you arrive to pick it up. The workshop is not bad, but it requires a refocus on quality in customer service.

Terrible customer service, they never answered my calls, I got to that place because of the insurer but for no reason would I go back... they don't give a delivery date and objects were stolen from the car, be careful with that and check the entire car before leaving . Terrible service, because of its proximity I chose this place to put my vehicle in for insurance and it is the WORST experience I have ever had. Bad service, they do not answer calls, they do not meet commitment dates. Please don't bring your vehicles here…let's not give jobs to people who clearly don't care about us as customers.

Horrible experience, the information is not clear, they do not commit to a date to deliver the car because obviously they will not meet it. The treatment of the people at the reception is bad and if you ask about your car or why it hasn't been delivered, they get annoyed and start being rude. Unbelievably, when they finally delivered my car, it came with new knocks that they did in the Workshop! I fell in this place for my insurance (Inbursa) DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CAR TO ENTER THIS PLACE

I fell into this place thanks to my insurance and it was the worst thing that could happen to me, terrible attention they never answered the phone to see how the car was going, they took a long time to deliver it and when they finally delivered it it brought some new details that the The car did not have it and they did not take responsibility, arguing that the car had already arrived like that when obviously not!
