Si compran como inversión validen muy bien su contrato y pidan garantías. Lleva retraso en entrega de departamentos, lleva 2 años entregando amenidades y no hay nada aún.!! Simplemente no entregan con escrituración y no hay fecha tampoco!! Piensen antes de comprar departamento en Eria por qué si no pasaran enojos. The construction company does not comply with promises of date for delivery of facilities !! Tuvimos que pagar de nuestro dinero el servicio de pipas para poder tener agua. Nos quitó la administración dos meses después de entregar el edificio y no teniamos ni servicio de basura. Pudimos tener cuenta de banco para hacer los pagos hasta Agosto porque no estaba dado bien de alta el condiminio. Nos prometieron ponerle sellador al piso y pulirlo, después de un año se sigue viendo como obra gris. Los elevadores del estacionamiento son un asco. Nunca limpiaron los vidrios de la fachada. A los proveedores de las plumas no les pagaron y tuvimos que pagar la reparación de nuestro dinero. Metieron un sistema de aire acondicionado que si lo quieres comprar cuesta 140,000 pesos por departamento. Y solo hay como 2 proveedores en Mexico. Espero que el trago amargo pase rápido. The providers of the pens were not paid and we had to pay to repair our money. They put in an air conditioning system that if you want to buy it costs 140,000 pesos per department. And there are only about 2 providers in Mexico. I hope the bitter drink passes quickly.

Depués la movieron a abril del 2020, despues a diciembre y ahora me están indicando que abril del 2021. No son serios. A la hora de vender muy atentos y prometen todo, ya que vendieron ni siquiera te contestan el teléfono. No se arriesguen a comprar en este desarrollo. I bought an apartment just over a year ago. The promised delivery date was September 2019. Then they moved it to April 2020, after December and now they are indicating that April 2021. They are not serious. Solo lo recomiendo como inversión. Excellent short-term investment project but to really live fully, all you have to pay for the experience is still long-term. I only recommend it as an investment.

Otros inquilinos han demandado pero los dueños no dan la cara. Hay problemas de adeudos. No compren en este desarrollo. Evita los problemas que estamos pasando. No entregan a tiempo, la gente no puede escriturar. En el contrato tiene penalizaciones por retraso de entrega y no cumplen. Tienen el proyecto en el olvido y pareciera que no les importa. We bought an apartment in Tower 3, they were delivered in February 2019 and that did not happen. The work was held for more than 6 months. Other tenants have sued but the owners don't show their faces. There are debt problems. Do not buy in this development. Avoid the problems we are going through. They do not deliver on time, people cannot write. The contract has penalties for late delivery and does not comply. They have the project forgotten and it seems that they don't care.

Compramos mi hermana y yo dos departamentos ahí, con fecha de entrega para Octubre de 2016 y ya casi llegamos a octubre de 2020 y no nos han han entregado, pagado penalizaciones o si quiera contactado formalmente para pedirnos una disculpa por su retraso. La torre en la que compre no está ni a la mitad de construida y a pesar de que la construcción es considerada "esencial" está detenido el proyecto. Esta es mi experiencia y la de aproximadamente 60 personas (que ubico al menos, seguro hay más) más en torres 1, 2 y 3 (que o no les entregan o no les escrituran) C U I D A D O Literally the WORST things that have ever happened to me. My sister and I bought two apartments there, with a delivery date for October 2016 and we have almost reached October 2020 and they have not delivered, paid penalties or even formally contacted us to apologize for their delay. The tower in which I bought is not even half built and although the construction is considered "essential" the project is stopped. This is my experience and that of approximately 60 people (which I locate at least, surely there are more) more in towers 1, 2 and 3 (which either do not deliver or do not write to them) WATCH OUT
