★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un trasbordo algo largo, con bastantes escaleras, pero también cuenta con elevadores para las personas mayores, la línea 2 es rápida aunque en horas pico, es casi imposible subir, pero los trenes son constantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo bueno, elevador y acceso para silla de ruedas, gran diseño (l12) y pusieron nuevas escaleras eléctricas en la línea azul, lo malo: no hay ni una máquina para recargas en ninguna de las salidas de esta estación.

Qué cambio demasiado después de la implementación de la línea dorada (linea 12)
Agregaron mucho tramo de transbordo
El cual se puede aligerar por las escaleras eléctricas que se encuentran a lo largo de toda la estación
Siempre está concurrida pero por el gran tamaño no se nota la gente
Además de que siempre se encuentra limpia o están limpiando constantemente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para trasladarse rápidamente hacia zapata tomando un micro o camión, está cerca un Bancomer y una farmacia de similares, recomiendo el banco pero de farmacia de similares solo los médicos su medicina no funciona.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una lamentable situación que no estén habilitado está estación con correspondencia. En la actualidad sin la línea 2 (azul) no hay servicio de taquillas en todo su esplendor, ni una máquina para recargar por sus entradas de la línea azul o dorada. La entrada de la línea dorada calzada de tlapan oriente desde que empezó la pandemia no cuenta con personal de taquillas ni máquina ya son muchos meses y no hacen nada. Además, los policías se ponen muy nefastos al atenderte se pide al gobierno de la ciudad de México y al sistema colectivo del metro que haga algo con estás situación en la estación Ermita y en varias ya que a varias personas nos perjudica en tiempo.
