★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO Y HORRIBLE al querer obtener una ficha, exponen a la gente a un robo-asalto o algo peor, no c xq no intentan dar fichas conforme uno llegue al issste a querer consulta, afuera las venden a $100-120, mejor voy a particular, es un TRIUNFO obtener ficha.
Tengo q exponerme para una cita y peor cuando no consigo qien m cuide a mi hij@ enfermo pues m tengo q formar con el a las 3am ?????
HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE when wanting to get a token, they expose people to a robbery-assault or something worse, they don't try to give tokens as one comes to the issste to want a consultation, outside they sell them for $ 100-120, better I am going to private , it is a WIN to get a chip.
I have to expose myself for an appointment and worse when I can't get who to take care of my sick child because I have to train with him at 3am ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La clínica atiende excelente. Lo malo es el personal de Seguridad que están en la puerta son GROSEROS, PREPOTENTES, BURLISTAS. Es pésima su atención siendo que pertenecen a un cuerpo de seguridad del estado de México.
The clinic serves excellent. The bad thing is the Security personnel who are at the door are RUDE, PREPOTENT, BURLISTS. Their attention is terrible since they belong to a security body of the state of Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta clínica cada vez es peor, tratas de agendar por internet y no hay citas hasta 2 meses despues, hablas por teléfono y es lo mismo. Vas a la clínica a sacar ficha y te das cuenta que hay algunas personas que están apartando lugar desde la noche del día anterior!!! Porque en la mañana hay personas que te venden el lugar de 80 y 100 pesos y meten personas dejándote sin posibilidad de conseguir ficha en el turno de la mañana o la tarde.
Los admistradores son nefastos siempre te ponen excusas para no atenderte, las filas para recoger medicamentos son hasta de 1 hora.
Es un asco la atención en esta clínica.
This clinic is getting worse, you try to schedule on the internet and there are no appointments until 2 months later, you talk on the phone and it's the same. You go to the clinic to take the file and you realize that there are some people who are moving away from the night of the previous day! Because in the morning there are people who sell you the place of 80 and 100 pesos and put people leaving you without the possibility of getting a file in the morning or afternoon shift.
The administrators are nefarious, they always make excuses not to assist you, the lines to pick up medications are up to 1 hour.
It's disgusting at this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en todos los niveles, desde la venta de los primeros 50 lugares hasta 200 pesos, no sé si las personas que allí trabajan realmente son médicos porque no te revisan, no te dan ningún diagnostico y la medicina que recetan no la tienen en la farmacia donde el encargado es un prepotente y tienes que hacer una fila como de una hora para que te digan que no la tienen, pero mi pregunta es: porque los derechohabientes siguen comprando los lugares señores por favor NO hagan eso NO tienen que pagar dos veces por el mismo servicio!!!! de cualquier forma al igual que los que llegamos a las 4 de la mañana se tienen que formar y si su carnet no tiene vigencia no les respetan el lugar así que no nos afecten con su CORRUPCIÓN!!!!!!
