★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, al personal tal parece que le molesta que pregunten. Hay gente desde la madrugada y todavía abren tarde. No hay una gente que sea capaz de preguntar a que va la gente. Ahi la tienen parada durante horas para que al final no la pasen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena q solo trabajen 2 hrs. de 8:00 a 10:00 hrs. para realizar una tramitología y no ser nada empáticos ya la mayor parte de la gente viene de municipios alejados a Xalapa, ya que es tiempo y dinero mal gastados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo el servicio solo reciben solicitudes de ocho a diez de la mañana y tienen un servicio hasta las tres de la tarde, deberían de extender la recepción de solicitudes en todo el tiempo para que le den oportunidad a la gente que no puede en el horario matutino, en fin es cuestión de escuchar a los usuarios de los servicios que presta el Registro Civil para que ese servicio sea acorde a las necesidades de los demandantes de los servicios. En cuanto a la atención son atentos para solucionar tus dudas.
