★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, anoche atropellaron a un vecino y llamaron a ERUM y pidieron muchos datos, luego tardaron una eternidad en llegar y después se tardaron en poder subir a mi vecino a la ambulancia y pidieron mas documentos y luego dijeron que se habían equivocado, que eran otros y luego no se lo querían llevar que por que según no tenía nada, o sea, si lo atropellaron y no se movía y respiraba con dificultad, ¿Cómo que no tenía nada? y se enojaron con un vecino por que como es enfermero pues conoce el hospital a donde se lo iban a llevar y no quiso que este llevara a los demás familiares, aparte de la mamá de mi vecino que iba en la ambulancia, casi tardaron media hora o hasta más en llevárselo al pobre, y sangraba de la cabeza.

Es lamentable que la gente se moleste porque "tardan" sin comprender las situaciones que viven estas ambulancias todos los días: hospitales saturados que no tienen camas para liberar la camilla de la ambulancia, direcciones erróneas, automovilistas que no ceden el paso, distancias largas, calles cerradas, bloqueos, trafico, llamadas falsas, gente que busca traslados por afecciones menores, etc. Excelente labor, mi reconocimiento a la gente que trabaja en la institución.

Fue la ambulancia EMS MC37 Placa: AM3835.
Su ambulancia iba en el carril de contraflujo y sin sirena. me comunique con uno de ellos y dijo que nos apoyarían al menos con los daños materiales (cosa que no han hecho) ya que mi hermano fue atendido por su seguro de estudiante, ese día su personal se nego a atenderlo por falta de anestesia.
Fueron 12 puntadas externas y 9 internas.
Espero que sean más concientes de la forma de manejar se sus operantes porque iban en un carril que no es permitido al menos que tengan una emergencia pero no fue el caso porque su sirena no estaba encendida.
Aclaro tener el número de una persona que iba en la ambulancia porque mi hermano pidió un teléfono para llamarme.
