El 16 de junio me entregaron la estufa y el mini Split pero me dejaron las cosas afuera de mi casa y no quisieron meterlas supuestamente por el COVID19, además el señor que entrega las cosas se portó muy prepotente. el 18 de junio fueron a mi casa a instalarme el mini Split pero no me habían dicho que yo tenia que comprar el cable y los térmicos. También me dijeron que la lavadora estaba pendiente y hasta el 24 de junio me avisaron que el modelo que había solicitado ya no existía. La verdad muy pésimo servicio, no la recomiendo para hacer el cambio del vale de ecotecnologías. They gave me lousy service. I bought a mini Split, a stove and a washing machine on June 8, 2020. On June 16 they gave me the stove and the mini Split but they left things outside my house and they did not want to put them supposedly by COVID19, in addition Mr. who delivers things behaved very arrogant. On June 18, they went to my house to install the Mini Split but they had not told me that I had to buy the cable and the thermals. They also told me that the washing machine was pending and until June 24 they told me that the model I had requested no longer existed. The truth is very bad service, I do not recommend it to make the change of the voucher for ecotechnologies.

Terrible service, I have been asking for a quote for two weeks and they only say that they have no information. They don't answer my messages anymore. I do not recommend this place at all.
