★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo peor en tiendas de vestidos de novias y 15 años, ni se les ocurra, son incumplidos hacen lo que quieren y nadie se hace responsable, a mi hija le hicieron puras cochinadas, tuvimos que llevar el vestido a hacerle arreglos obviamente con una costurera de verdad, y solo un detalle, en lugar de copas, en el corsé le pusieron unas hombreras de hule espuma, la pedrería no estaba cosida una por una, estaba muy largo y todo chueco de abajo, y de pilón tuvo que ir mi yerno con un grupo de amigos a hacérselas cardíaca a fin de que lo entregarán, y no es solo en esta tienda es en todas, son los mismos, una mafia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sólo pongo una estrella porque a nosotros nos dijeron que nos lo entregarían 5 dias antes de la sesion de fotos pero luego nos salieron con que se habian cambiado de domicilio y que se iban a tardar 2 dias mas. Y nosotros ya habiamos agendado la sesion de fotos y tuvimos que cambiar todo.
Espero que no lo vuelvan a hacer con otras personas.

I only put a star because they told us that they would deliver it to us 5 days before the photo session but then they came out with the fact that they had changed their address and that it was going to take 2 more days. And we had already scheduled the photo session and we had to change everything.
I hope they don't do it again with other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst service ever!!! If you want to be completely stressed out and ruin your event then buy from them. Our dress was promised on the agreed upon date but we got a call the day we were supposed to pick up the dress and were told if wasn't ready. we had to pay to have the dress shipped to us, once it arrived it was 5 sizes to small. they wont answer the phone or return emails. when we do get someone at the store they say its the tailors fault. now they stopped answering our calls and it seems that we are out the $500.00 we spend on a dress that was supposedly being made to exact measurements.
