★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta la atención, tienen buenos precios comparados con los de otros lugares, lo malo es que ya no tienen la sucursal norte y que se les ocurrió separar algunos servicios y cobrarlos por separado. Las chicas terapistas muy bien capacitadas y atentas.

Ya pague por adelantado y no son buenas ni para contestar un mensaje, si no vas te toman la sesión como dada o te cobran multa pero me cancelaron a la mera hora por qué “no había luz” (cuando el establecimiento de a lado si tenía por cierto) y me han dejado más de 4 días en visto, no me han reagendado y se les tiene que andar rogando para que te atiendan!! Definitivamente no volveré a adquirir ningún otro paquete ... estoy muy inconforme.

I already paid in advance and they are not good even to answer a message, if you do not go they take the session as given or they charge you a fine but they canceled me at the mere hour because "there was no electricity" (when the establishment next door had by the way) and they have left me more than 4 days in sight, they have not rescheduled me and they have to be begging them to attend you !! I will definitely not purchase any other package ... I am very unhappy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACTUALIZACIÓN: es uno de los negocios en qué pasando la primera ola de contagiós volvieron a atender pero en un par de meses dejaron de contestar, ni en WhatsApp ni en Facebook, pésimo servicio. Si ya había un tratamiento pagado antes de pandemia lo MÍNIMO que pudieron hacer es contactarse con todas las clientas para saber qué procedería.
Mi único comentario es que sería bueno te avisaran que la consultora de belleza que te atiende ya no trabaja allí y no te enteres hasta tu próxima sesión.
UPDATE: it is one of the businesses in which after the first wave of infections they returned to attend but in a couple of months they stopped answering, neither on WhatsApp nor on Facebook, a terrible service. If there was already a paid treatment before the pandemic, the LEAST they could do is contact all the clients to find out what would proceed.
My only comment is that it would be good if they told you that the beauty consultant that attends you no longer works there and you do not find out until your next session.
