El 7 de Enero de 1992, es la fecha exacta en que muchos vecinos de la Colonia El Paraíso recibieron con pancartas, cohetes, vivas, y música, a todo el contingente con grupos de niños y niñas, maestros y maestras, padres y madres de familia, autoridades municipales y educativas. Fué un acontecimiento histórico, ya que se dejó el edificio particular de la familia Lapuente de la calle Ignacio Allende, a un costado de la Catedral de esta ciudad de Teziutlán, Puebla, donde estuvo la escuela primaria por varios años. En esta fecha, además, en el patio de la escuela, ya formados los alumnos y profesores, con los asistentes al acto, se escucharon varios mensajes importantes y memorables. Se escucharon las voces del Sr Presidente Municipal Don Ricardo Santiesteban Llaguno, del Supervisor Escolar de la zona 007 , Prof Saúl Viveros Valera y del Prof Edvino Olaf Castañeda Moreno, Director de la Primaria. En todo momento se observó mucha alegría y la enorme satisfacción de tener al fin un edificio propio. Fue una tarea digna de un c reconocimiento permanente, ya que fue toda la comunidad escolar y varios vecinos de la Colonia El Paraíso, quienes con mucho sacrificio participaron con gran interés y buena voluntad, en diversas actividades para lograr el objetivo. Es conveniente mencionar al Presidente de la República, Lic. Carlos Salinas de Gortari , quien atendió la solicitud de su apoyo, misma que tuvo respuesta favorable unos meses más tarde. Es lamentable que estos hechos vayan quedando en el olvido. Hay más historias acerca de esta escuela que en otra entrega se darán a conocer.
