Nos hospedamos 3 días, y solo se dignaron a prender los aires acondicionados en las noches y unas cuantas horas, a pesar de que nos cobraron $1,000 pesos adicionales para tener el generador corriendo todo el tiempo. Lo cual no sucedió.
En las mañanas terminamos sofocandonos del calor.
Los cenotes solo les quitaron las hojas el día que llegamos y después quedaron todos sucios.
El lugar es muy bonito, pero de servicio dejan mucho que desear.
Terrible service. They rent the room as if it were 5 stars and the service is like 1.
We stayed 3 days, and they only deigned to turn on the air conditioners at night and for a few hours, despite the fact that they charged us an additional $ 1,000 pesos to have the generator running all the time. Which did not happen.
In the mornings we end up suffocating from the heat.
The cenotes only removed the leaves the day we arrived and afterwards they were all dirty.
The place is very nice, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

El cenote algo turbio pero buen lugar para pasarla muy tranquilo
