★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen disponibilidad ni se puede hacer citas con anticipación. Solo 15 días…si te estás casando no te vas a esperar 15 días antes a ver si te quedan y si te gustan los trajes. Pésimo servicio!!!
They do not have availability nor can you make appointments in advance. Only 15 days…if you are getting married you are not going to wait 15 days before to see if they fit you and if you like the suits. Terrible service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era la primera vez que rentaba un smoking (mi papá, mi hermano y yo los rentamos para una boda) y Juan (uno de los dos hermanos a cargo del negocio) procuró que fuera una experiencia de 5 estrellas. Súper simpático, siempre tomándose el tiempo para que todo quedara a la medida y que el smoking fuera de mi gusto. También hay que destacar la calidad de los smokings. No es todos los días que uno necesita un smoking, pero si el evento es en Mexico definitivamente regresaré. Altamente recomendable! Me sorprendió que también ofrecían por lo menos un poco de variedad respecto a los smokings, de diferentes colores y no solo el clásico smoking negro.
Cabe también mencionar que se vieron muy flexibles en lo que respecta a depósitos y fechas para regresar el smoking.
La única área de mejoramiento que vale la pena mencionar es el local en sí. No es el lugar más ordenado o lujoso, de adentro y por fuera. Sin embargo, considero que no es suficiente para siquiera quitarle una estrella a mi calificación, debido a que todo lo demás fue fantástico!
It was the first time I had rented a tuxedo (my dad, my brother and I rented them for a wedding) and Juan (one of the two brothers in charge of the business) made it a 5-star experience. Super nice, always taking the time so that everything was tailored and that the tuxedo was to my liking. We must also highlight the quality of the tuxedos. It is not every day that one needs a tuxedo, but if the event is in Mexico I will definitely return. Highly recommended! I was surprised that they also offered at least a little bit of variety in their tuxedos, in different colors and not just the classic black tuxedo.
It is also worth mentioning that they were very flexible in terms of deposits and dates to return the tuxedo.
The only area of improvement worth mentioning is the premises itself. It is not the most orderly or luxurious place, inside and out. However, I consider that it is not enough to even take a star from my rating, since everything else was fantastic!
