★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 minutos de espera es demasiado para dos sandwich y el agua de alfalfa está muy ácida, por lo que me percaté al llegar a mi trabajo que estaba fermentada. Revise un comentario más abajo, así que hice la prueba y sorpresa, un poco de tierra en tu bebida no le hace daño a nadie.
