★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo en este lugar es delicioso, un imperdible visitando Tlaxcala, el lugar es pequeño pero las personas que atienden sumamente serviciales aparte el sazón es maravilloso un deleite al paladar, bastante equilibrado en precios! Indudablemente lo recomiendo ampliamente!
Everything in this place is delicious, a must see Tlaxcala, the place is small but the people who serve extremely helpful apart from the seasoning is wonderful a delight to the palate, fairly balanced in prices! Undoubtedly I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue muy malo tanto que nos fuimos sin comer. Había una sola persona atendiendo. Más de quince minutos para darnos una carta otro tanto para acercarse a pedir la orden. Cuando por fin pudimos pedir de ninguna de las dos cosas que pedimos había. Imagino que la comida es buena por qué siempre hay mucha gente. Que pena que el servicio sea así de malo.
The service was so bad that we left without eating. There was only one person attending. More than fifteen minutes to give us a letter as much as to approach to ask for the order. When we were finally able to order either of the two things we asked for there was. I imagine the food is good because there are always a lot of people. Too bad the service is that bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los gusanos de maguey y los escamoles (huevos de hormiga) son una de las delicias culinarias de la región. Realmente son platillos muy especiales por la temporada de los mismos que es muy corta.
En el caso del restaurancito "Escamol de temporada" es un muy buen lugar para comer la especialidad de la casa.
Tiene dos puntos negativos:
1) El acceso. Al estar al pie de la carretera se vuelve peligroso acceder al lugar. Tomen sus precauciones por el alto tráfico que circula por allí.
2) La capacidad. Es un lugar muy pequeño, por lo que si acuden familias de más de 10 integrantes, deberán ser separados.
Vale muchísimo la pena. Los costos son accesibles y justos. Y el sabor de los escamoles es delicioso.

Maguey worms and escamoles (ant eggs) are one of the culinary delights of the region. They really are very special dishes due to their season, which is very short.
In the case of the restaurant "Escamol de Temporada" it is a very good place to eat the specialty of the house.
It has two negative points:
1) Access. Being at the foot of the road becomes dangerous to access the place. Take your precautions due to the high traffic that circulates there.
2) Capacity. It is a very small place, so if families of more than 10 members attend, they must be separated.
It is totally worth it. The costs are affordable and fair. And the flavor of the escamoles is delicious.
