Las personas muy amables y vi un firulais bañándose muy contento lo que me parece agradable de este negocio. Lamentable!! C	Cuartel Marketing Inteligente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé varias veces a mi perro y no hubo mayor problema hasta la última vez en la que me lo entregaron con el ojo irritado y una herida visible pero no preocupante, todas las veces anteriores les comenté que el es alérgico, la herida que tenía en el ojo sin razón aparente fue escalando al grado de que se le hizo un ámpula llena de sangre al interior del ojo, después de 3 meses, 2 veterinarios, un oftalmólogo y $8,500 pesos mi perro ya está bien, el diagnóstico es que le provocaron una úlcera la cual de no haberlo llevado a tiempo hubiese terminado en cirugía y posible pérdida del ojo. Para mi fue muy decepcionante ya que consideraba que tenían un buen servicio en ese lugar, pero después de todo lo que pase con mi perro por esta situación jamás lo volveré a llevar ahí! Ya vi que @Escandog solo contesta a las críticas positivas porque no saben cómo lidiar con las negativas, pero no importa porque al final mi comentario llegará a más personas para que piensen si de verdad quieren llevar a sus mascotas ahí, urge que capaciten más a su personal! For me it was very disappointing since I considered that they had a good service in that place, but after everything I went through with my dog because of this situation, I will never take him there again! I already saw that @Escandog only answers the positive reviews because they don't know how to deal with the negative ones, but it doesn't matter because in the end my comment will reach more people so that they think if they really want to take their pets there, it is urgent that they train more your personal!
