★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos vendieron un paquete a Cancun que resulto ser en un hotel viejo y feo, por el precio del paquete el hotel no lo valia, cuando nos ofrecieron el mismo nos enviaron fotos del hotel que estan bastante alejadas de la realidad. Ya en el hotel nos dieron el peor cuarto disponible, esto se los hicimos saber y en la agencia nos dijeron que "lo viéramos nosotros" . Nos dijeron que era de 4 estrellas y resultó ser de 3 estrellas, lo cual nos los hicieron saber en el hotel. Incluso tuvimos que pagar por las maletas directo en el aeropuerto porque el boleto de avión no incluía documentar equipaje, lo cual no se nos informó y resultó en pagar de mas. Desafortunadamente fue una mala experiencia! No recibimos lo que se nos vendió. No lo recomiendo..
They sold us a package to Cancun that turned out to be in an old and ugly hotel, for the price of the package the hotel was not worth it, when they offered us the same they sent us photos of the hotel that are quite far from reality. At the hotel they gave us the worst room available, we let them know this and the agency told us to "see it ourselves". They told us it was 4-star and it turned out to be 3-star, which they let us know at the hotel. We even had to pay for our bags directly at the airport because the plane ticket did not include checking luggage, which we were not informed of and resulted in overpaying. Unfortunately it was a bad experience! We do not receive what was sold to us. I do not recommend it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta más atención para los usuarios, asumen que uno ya conoce los juegos y el método de pago. Las instalaciones bien. No es para menores de 3-4 años porque sus juegos son más complicados.
