Grappling
El nombre grappling, puede ser traducido al español como "agarres", se refiere a todos aquellos sistemas de lucha cuerpo a cuerpo que no involucran golpes para vencer al rival, sino que se utilizan técnicas de derribo, de posición o sumisión para conseguir puntos o forzar su rendición.
Del mismo modo el grappling puede ser practicado con cualquiertipo de vestimenta. Siendo lo más utilizado los shorts y playera.
Todos estos sistemas tienen un amplio uso en Artes marciales mixtas, defensa personal y distintos deportes, hasta tal punto que el judo y la lucha, ya sea grecorromana o libre, son el primer y el segundo deporte de contacto más practicados en todo el mundo.

Él es todo un caballero y, en el ambiente de las artes marciales, ya no hay de esos, cosa que es una pen pues hacen mucha falta. Además, siempre tiene toda la paciencia del mundo para explicar y responder preguntas. No me queda más que felicitarlo, señor. Gracias por ser como es.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por supuesto que recomendaría este dojo al 100%, ya sea para hacer deporte, aprender autodefensa o entrenar para los torneos. He estado en varios lugares, pero me fui porque, en muchos de ellos, sólo les importaba mi dinero. Ahora sí estoy practicando artes marciales y autodefensa, no mentiras y tonterías. ¡excelente instructor!
Of course I would recommend this 100% dojo, be it for sports, learning self-defense or training for tournaments. I have been to several places, but I left because, in many of them, they only cared about my money. Now I am practicing martial arts and self defense, not lies and nonsense. Excellent instructor!
