★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not what I was expecting. Not a place to relax, it is perfect for family gatherings. The hot springs pools are just that, pools: some semi warm, some not (i think it's just a total of 4 pools) i wouldn't recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to arrive super early and I mean 8:30 am the latest or you will find yourself waiting for some people to come out and then wait to leave as the aisle space is super narrow only one person can fit (this is in the hot springs area). Also, one of the benefits arriving early is that you get to sit on a camping table or one of those beds with shade. I wouldn't go twice, but it is worth for the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time here. The facility is nice and great for all day use. They’re are grills and tables for use. Bring your own charcoal. You can bring in as much food and drink/coolers as you want and stay all day. I saw people put up tents to chill in - lots of people save spots and don’t ever come to sit in their area so get there early to claim your territory. Their are like two small small pools that are hot springs. They do not check bags at the gate... you can buy snacks at the two stands or eat at the restaurant. Bring your own lock for the lockers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing spot!! Be prepared to bring your own locks and towels, we made the mistake of not bringing any and had to buy there. Everything was super over priced. Place is beautiful and springs are nice.. just wish there were more staff available. Tried to have lunch there but service was really slow. I'd recommend you bring your own picnic.

The hottest pool and the next cooler one are far apart and it was too cold to run from one to the other so next time i would go later in the day when the air is warmer. Also bathrooms are far apart. The one close to the big warm pool was being cleaned and it was a cold trek to get to the other bathroom. Perhaps the close bathroom could be cleaned first. There were lots of loungers around the pool, not socially distant. I did not try the place to eat. You have to bring all your own towels etc as nothing is available for rent. I did not get to the hottest pools due to distance and cold air. The grounds are open and spacious. Admission price seemed a bit high for what is provided.

The enclosed pools are small and crowded with squealing children in an echo chamber.
The restaurant area is really nice with a shaded palapa or sunny outside seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hot springs was really disappointing especially after seeing this place has 4.2 stars and 6.5K reviews.
The grounds are spacious and beautiful but are not maintained. The women’s restrooms are missing entire toilet seats. The changing rooms have broken curtains with gaps and were dirty in general.
The hot springs itself are a breeding ground for COVID with so many people squished together with murky waters.
We traveled here March 30, 2022 and our visit was entirely driven by the 4.2 stars and 6.5K reviews but we were so disappointed with the lack of order.
We had to purchase our own locks and towels. I don’t understand having to purchase our own towels and that too for the size we were given.
I would be cautious of coming to these hot springs especially since you are traveling way out of the way to get here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect relaxing day in the hot springs. It was the only one that was open on Monday. It was a short taxi drive out. An enjoyable way to spend the morning.
