Que clase de empresa te hace perder 15 días de capacitación en un lugar mucho más lejos que el lugar de trabajo y te contrata por medio de un examen y si no lo pasas no te dan contrato. Esto está completamente fuera de la ley, ¡ATENCIÓN PROFEDET!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar para trabajar, no te pagan a tiempo, no hay una capacitación bien estructurada. Diario cambian la información, gente muy despota y grosera, no dan ganas de volver. Busquen otras opciones mejor.

Regrese y la verdad es muy diferente ser parte de la cabina de asistencia por parte de Escotel.
Todo es sumamente tranquilo y agradable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una empresa mediocre, empezando por su director general (Julio Cortes), piensa que la empresa es capaz de hacer todo lo que grandes empresas en el mismo rubro hacen.
Te despiden de forma injustifcada pero no es raro ya que siempre dan de bajas y siempre hay nuevo personal.
Hay gerentes súper prepotentes que solo te hacen menos.
Es una empresa que no le gusta gastar en equipos de cómputo, las que están, son lentas y piensan que se puede hacer todo en ellas, cuando la realidad es que no. Pero como dije no le gusta gastar en equipos o infraestructura.
Recomiendo no gastar el tiempo en esta empresa y buscar algo mejor.

Es increíble que tengan tanta rotación de personal, a mí punto de vista por eso no funciona la Campaña y no da resultado porque en vez de capacitar a los empleados los despiden y te exigen demasiado para lo que pagan ($2,100 la quincena x 8 hs.) No lo recomiendo. Si vienes de la aplicación de Inideed o cualquier otra, yo te sugiero seguir buscando si lo que quieres es estabilidad ya que este trabajo no te la da. Apenas pasas los 3 meses de prueba y te corren. Es una lástima porque hay gente que de verdad se esfuerza por estar en el trabajo y eso no lo aprecia el "Cliente de Sura" ni Escotel.
