A service full of mediocrity everywhere. My partner and I took our car to that shop for repairs and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The attention was very good at the beginning, but as the delivery date of the car approached, it got worse. When you dial to ask for information about the car, they do not know what cars they have, or what condition they are in, in addition to the fact that it seems that the employees do not know the alphabet, since on several occasions they confused the plates and did not even know what to say, example of this was that they gave us the status of our car that was ready, we went and it took us about 2 hours, to tell us that it was not ready yet and that it had been a mistake, very easy for them, after that incident, the dial manager, who really needs a lot to give himself that title, attended us in a "personal" way but on the contrary, he almost never answered messages, and he was very intermittent, a lousy treatment on his part. When the car was finally "ready" they called us to see it, and it was missing a piece that, according to what it did not fit, besides the car was very dirty and had made more scratches, for that, we already loved each other take it to the car, but it was not possible, since we left it for two more days so that they could put the piece on it and so that, according to, wax it, believe me, you can wax it yourself better than what they did, when we finally arrived for the car , it was more or less clean, but inside there was a horrible stench of sweat and grease, in addition to that we realized that a cable from an original Samsung cell phone was needed, according to the pseudo manager I said that I was going to buy it and I was not going to to take home, that never happened, because he stopped answering the messages, that same day, we realized that there was a dog inside the place, which in our opinion, is fed and limps like a Paw, when he approached us to smell us, one of the gentlemen there just ran her away and the little dog fled from there, he ran as if I were going to hit him, I think he suffers from mistreatment. In short, it is a very ugly place, depressing facilities, staff at all levels lacking in operational and managerial skills, what is more, there are people who steal, they never gave us the cable and the car was only half delivered, because the two days, the logo they installed fell off, never take your car to this place, not recommended at all, I think that workshops that do not have as much reputation as this one are more efficient, which calls themselves a first-class workshop and they lack millions of light years to get there.
