Mala comunicación, pésimos conductores, no recomiendo los tour aquí

Excelente servicio y atención, José Luis siempre estuvo en contacto conmigo y cualquier duda que tenia me la aclaraba. Contrate 5 tours con ellos y al final decidí cancelar uno y me regresaron el dinero sin ningún problema. Los choferes que nos llevaron a los diferentes tours también fueron muy amables y siempre dispuestos a explicar cualquier dudar. En un tour se nos olvidaron unos lentes en la camioneta y los guardaron para entregarlos después. Sin duda volvería a reservar con ellos!

Much pricier than any other tour agencies in town. ( no difference in the quality of service or tour as they would probably claim).

Personalized service and accommodating attitude. While is San Cristóbal de las Casas, we took a tour of the Grutas de Rancho Nuevo and Arcotete. The caverns were nothing much to see. Once you've seen a nude woman the next one is no different. However, the service and friendliness of Miguel Luna was refershing and welcomed. He was game even when I, unilaterally, decided to change our tour to fit a trip to the village of San Juan Chamula. With the blessing of the owner, Jose Luis, and an additional $150 pesos we customized our tour. Most tour companies will not accommodate visitor's whims like that and I appreciate their having done so. This gesture sends a message to customers that their opinion and desires matter. Our vacation was better for our experience with Escudo Jaguar Tours. On a personal note: Miguel Luna candid disclosure of real life incidents among, between and with outsiders in Chamula added a greater dimension to our visit. Our street side lunch of pollo a la brasa at "Pollo loco" not the chain but an informal chicken stand on the side of the road, like thousands in Latin America, was outstanding. That will be the subject of a coming review.

Booked a sumidero canyon tour with Jaguar Tours, confirmed twice lunch included and English guide they said yes! Paid 350 Pesos. Of course on pickup no guide at all just Spanish speaking driver, boat trip was Spanish speaking too! Then dropped off at Chiapo de Corzo village no lunch, went to the mercado and had Tacos only 40 min stop so no time to explore the village either

We were told our canyoning tour were English guide and include lunch. The driver turned up not a word of English and no tour guide. We were dropped off at a town for lunch and the only reason we knew was because one of the customers spoke English. We were dropped off in town not back at our hotel. Totally disappointed. We booked other tours off the street and they came through good but this one beware. Will say anything to get your money

I am sorry to rate the company with only two stars, although the staff was very nice and funny, when we booked our tour. But we noticed later that we payed for a traslado from Palenque to Guatemala, Flores, 650 pesos each, whereas most of the route was done in Guatemala by another (public) bus company. Ticket price there: 200 pesos! For a short transfer from the hotel to the river, crossing the border, we paid 450 pesos each - wayyyyy to much! At least we got to know the local people we were travelling with in the bus - nice and sweet Guatemaltecos!

The tour was good, we left San cristobal at 4 am to visit agua azul, mi sol ha and palenque, we slept there in a nice hotel and the day after we went to yaxchilan and bonampak. Night in the cabanas managed by lacandones, a bit weird welcoming but the place is accettable, very rustic but with natural pools aside (you can swim in the river). The third day we had a trekking in the selva lacandona with two local young guys, then transportation back to palenque to pass the night in a comfortable place with swimming pool where we spent all the day waiting for the night bus to Merida. The overall cost of the tour was not excessive considering that comprised two lunches and two breakfasts. Everything respected our expectations
