★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé a este lugar para pedir informes y me dijeron que tenían horarios muy específicos según las edades. Al preguntar por las edades de mis hijos, solamente me ofrecieron 2 opciones a las 4 de la tarde, que porque eran las únicas que tenían. Me ofrecieron una clase de prueba... accedí y me AGENDARON la clase de prueba y me pidieron mi teléfono. Estuve llamando un día antes y el mismo día para confirmar la cita y nadie contestaba. Al momento de llegar a la clase de prueba me encuentro con que el lugar estaba cerrado (no hay ningún letrero que diga que ahí es Gimnasia Olímpica, por lo que estuvimos buscando en todo el edificio y alrededor el lugar). Y cuando finalmente me contestaron el teléfono me dijeron que no habían podido dar clase ese día y me ofrecieron regresar MÁS TARDE pero yo ya había pedido permiso en el trabajo para asistir a la prueba porque evidentemente son horarios laborales para mí.
No hubo comunicación en ningún momento. El teléfono fijo no lo contestan jamás. No me llamaron para cancelar la cita. Me pareció sumamente informal. No hay letreros en ningún lugar que diga que imparten gimnasia ahí. Muy mala experiencia.
I called this place to inquire and was told that they had very specific hours based on ages. When asking about the ages of my children, they only offered me 2 options at 4 in the afternoon, because they were the only ones they had. They offered me a trial class... I agreed and they SCHEDULED the trial class and they asked me for my phone number. I was calling a day before and the same day to confirm the appointment and no one answered. When I got to the trial class I found that the place was closed (there is no sign that says that it is Olympic Gymnastics there, so we were searching the entire building and around the place). And when they finally answered the phone they told me that they had not been able to teach that day and they offered me to come back LATER but I had already asked permission at work to attend the test because obviously they are work hours for me.
There was no communication at any time. The landline is never answered. They didn't call me to cancel the appointment. I found it extremely informal. There are no signs anywhere that say they teach gymnastics there. Very bad experience.
