Ih is a great place to learn english, they have highly qualified teachers and tutors, moreover they provide quick attention to their students' necessities. I strongly recommend it.

I took part in ITTC at IH Condesa this summer , what a meaningful experience being trained by one of the most wise and prepared trainees in latin america .

I took the TKT examination preparation course and it was a terrible experience all around! Didn't provide the adequate materials, teachers were unprepared, the sales department is aggressive and lied about certain dates. I would not recommend this place at all!

If you are thinking about studying here, you should know that the trainers are seriously underpaid, overworked and poorly managed by an ever-changing management staff. A lot of the issues have to do with the atrocious personality of the owner. This means you might get that happy, fresh-off-the-boat foreign teacher who has no clue what he is doing but at least speaks English. Just be warned that if you're actually planning on learning the language, that's probably not going to happen here. If you are thinking about working here, DON'T. Almost anywhere else will pay more and treat you better. Honestly, I think the only reason this place survives is because of the reputation the IH brand has globally. Every time I walk by this place, I think how glad I am that I gave up English teaching years ago for a real career.

To be honest I didn’t have a good experience with my tutor when I was preparing the Ielts exam last January. He was very rude and impatient with the learning process of his students which made me feel uncomfortable

I just completed my CELTA course last week. I participated as a Canadian candidate and was initially concerned about getting my training through a Mexico-based program since I would have preferred a North American training centre. I am so glad I went with IH México. The quality of their materials, the administration, and especially the tutors, are exceptional. I was trained by leading educators in the field, it was very hands on and they are very thorough and professional. They have a global list of educators who not only come from Mexico but with International backgrounds to bring the best standards anywhere. For any North American candidates seeking a language centre, I highly recommend IH México. Since the time zone was only one hour apart from my time in Ontario, Canada, I felt the schedule was suitable. Also, they offer a lot of options in terms of timing, both full-time and part-time, which was also helpful, and in fact the reason I initially went with them. The centres in Canada just didn’t offer me the scheduling flexibility I needed as a full-time, busy professional and parent. All the best to those persuimg CELTA! It was well worth it!

Most staff have a truly horrible attitude, usually unwilling to help either in person or over the phone. I've had problems with IH several times with IELTS tests, most commonly with the results not being ready on time. It's truly a special occasion when they answer the phone at all and when they transfer to other departments they literally only have one HORRIBLE hold song which you WILL listen to as you wait two hours for the phone to be picked up (usually by someone not in the department you were trying to reach). All in all, it's a true shame that the main Mexican representatives for an institution as important as IELTS are so informal and indifferent.

Hello my fellow travelers, I took my IELTS test here and definitely it is a good place to learn a new language. In fact, all the classrooms, offices and the terrace are appropriate.
