I really hesitated to share my experience, since most of the comments towards the Autoklass school are positive and recommendable, so at first I thought that who had had all the responsibility for the problem was me. At first I hired this school because the youtube videos seemed excellent to learn to drive, they explain everything from scratch and Isak is a fairly patient and clear guide with his explanations in the videos. I had previously taken a driving course at another school years ago, but due to lack of practice I basically forgot everything and decided to start over and hire them, because in the videos everything is quite clear and they explain to you the reason for things, something that I liked it and I valued it too much, because in the previous school they only told you to do it but they never explained why and although I learned to drive well on that occasion I always had many doubts. When I had my classes, honestly the instructor (I will not say her name out of respect for her) was always somewhat impatient with me, her body language and her attitude made me feel that all the time I was doing things wrong and it filled me with a lot of insecurity . When I saw that I got nervous because the car was turning off or I could not move forward, I preferred that I change the place and she did such a maneuver which frustrated me and gave me more insecurity, at the end of the course I learned everything theoretical and I have to congratulate them and recognize that they have a very good method and an excellent program, but the treatment of the student is not given to everyone apparently all the time, because I am filled with a lot of insecurity, such that I did not have when I took the first driving course. When reviewing the opinions in google I decided to share my experience because although the majority of opinions are positive, I realize that there are a few of us who have a bad taste in our mouths. Later I wanted to hire them again for a driving course in my car but knowing that I was going to have the same instructor I decided to cancel it and look for other options. I thank you and congratulate you because I learned very well how to drive a standard car, almost all the basics, but the instructor can improve in treating the students, I repeat, apparently it did not happen to all of them in the same way, but the truth is I do not understand what happened for him to have that attitude with me, because a year after this experience I still cannot fully overcome it and I am still looking for other options.

A very good option if you are a beginner and you get very nervous about driving. They teach you the theoretical knowledge necessary to become familiar with the vehicle and its operation, as well as some traffic regulations (signs, speed limits, etc). In the practical part, they safely teach you the driving sequences and their application according to each situation. Personally, the treatment I received from my instructor was friendly and patient, which helped me a lot to relax and overcome my fears.
