★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parecio una xcelente escuela, el instructor que me tocó es muy bueno, muy paciente y te explica todo, tomé el curso para principiante y con las clases practicas considero que aprendí bastante bien y me siento con la seguridad de tomar mi coche y salir a la calle sin miedo de que se me apague o que vaya a ocasionar un accidente, en las clases teoricas ves seguridad vial y sí te enseñan lo principal que debes saber y te explican lo que necesitas para tramitar la licencia, igual el servicio y la atención al cliente es muy buena.

Necesitan mejorar la logística de las clases teóricas, en realidad las clases duran de 9 a 10:00 o 10:30 am cuando mucho, dando un total de 3 horas de teoría máximo y no 5 como lo indican en su publicidad. Adicionalmente, en la segunda clase, la mitad del tiempo se ven los mismos temas porque juntan personas de "nuevo ingreso" con las personas que ya tuvieron la primera clase.
2. El curso dice que uno de los temas a ver es "Mecánica elemental" pero no es verdad, solamente te dan unas hojas impresas con información de mecánica básica, pero no se toca el tema en las sesiones teóricas y mucho menos se ve directamente sobre los vehículos. Yo particularmente lo solicité y sólo me dieron las hojas, posteriormente cuando me retiré, me llamaron para ofrecerme una clase presencial de mecánica básica pero ya no me fue posible regresar, en este sentido le sugiero sean más claros y transparentes en el contenido del curso o bien, se organicen para darlo completo.
3. El material impreso con los temas y contenido de las clases teóricas es de muy mala calidad, algunas páginas (fotocopiadas) estaban tan obscuras e ilegibles que tuve que buscar la información en google.
4. Las clases prácticas, en general bien, noté que el instructor se desesperaba a ratos pero no dejó de ser respetuoso y de hacer su trabajo.
5. Personalmente No me gustó la actitud de la persona que me dio el curso teórico, me pareció un poco despectivo y burlesco en sus comentarios hacia las mujeres o cuando en general preguntaba algo y respondías de forma incorrecta..
Honestamente me faltó tiempo para aprender más y sentirme segura para manejar, creo que debí de haber tomado un curso práctico más extenso, aún así, no volvería a tomar clases en esta escuela.
1. I particularly requested it and they only gave me the sheets, later when I left, they called me to offer me a face-to-face class on basic mechanics but it was no longer possible for me to return, in this sense I suggest they be clearer and more transparent in the content of the course or well, organize to give it complete.
3. The printed material with the topics and content of the lectures is of very poor quality, some pages (photocopied) were so dark and illegible that I had to google the information.
4. The practical classes, generally good, I noticed that the instructor despaired at times but did not stop being respectful and doing his job.
5. Personally, I did not like the attitude of the person who gave me the theoretical course, I found it a bit contemptuous and burlesque in his comments towards women or when in general he asked something and you answered incorrectly.
I honestly lacked time to learn more and feel safe to drive, I think I should have taken a longer practical course, still, I would not take classes at this school again.
