Facilities: very very small, they crowd many people inside and they are not worthy of buying enough chairs for all the alimnos, I was standing for two hours, for what we paid I cannot believe that not a chair can give us or at least a bottle of water from 3 pesos, I was sweating cold from standing for so long and everyone was worth peanuts, the receptionist who was more concerned about her lipstick than about seeing what to improve in the place. Simulation classes: I would arrive and if someone else was there, my class would start ten minutes or fifteen later, they would eat up my time, I'm supposed to be paying an hour. Instructors on the cell phone at the time he was paying for his attention. Practical classes: instructors spent it on their cell phones on Facebook, tiktok, WhatsApp, and on top of that flirting with me, they need professionalism.
