The administrative attention is very good without a doubt, from the beginning they explain to you that the course consists of 10 hours, 9 of practice and 1 of theory on your first day, they give you a manual and 5 exams that are delivered according to the days upon arrival. and on the last day the sign exam. The instructor assigned to me (new to the company team) was very unprofessional, he had no patience at all, he raised his voice a lot and no matter how many times I made the observation he did not change his attitude, it was very difficult to take the course and I know that maybe I could request a change of instructor but I did not because your practice outside counts more than during class hours. There is no room to give feedback to the classes and it's too bad because they should be open to change, not everything is as before nor do they deal with a single age group (or their age), they should be more updated and better train the instructors who are integrated into the company.
