Lo malo son dos cosas:
1. El servicio de recepción es pésimo!. El tipo no tiene la más mínima educación ni capacitación de atención a clientes. Cero actitud de servicio (Ojo, les va a correr a la clientela).
2. Las instalaciones ya necesitan mantenimiento, muchas areas oxidadas y el baño todo mojado y sucio.
 The swimming teacher, Excellent!
The bad are two things:
1. The reception service is terrible !. The guy doesn't have the slightest bit of customer service education or training. Zero service attitude (Be careful, they will run to customers).
2. The facilities already need maintenance, many rusty areas and the bathroom all wet and dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy acudí a inscribirme la atención de la recepcionista pésima sin ninguna educación parecía que me estuviera haciendo un favor con gestos de disgusto entre otras actitudes. La verdad las instalaciones son modestas, un precio accesible. Nada vale la pena si desde un principio te tratan mal.
Today I went to register the attention of the lousy receptionist without any education, it seemed that she was doing me a favor with gestures of disgust among other attitudes. The truth is that the facilities are modest, and the price is affordable. Nothing is worth it if they treat you badly from the beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a visitor from USA I was looking for a place to swim laps. I followed the time suggestions on the website and was turned away .Then was given false info about when to come back. Man at desk particularly rude. My conclusion is that the don’t need and don’t want guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An adequate swimming facility to swim laps and engage in aerobic exercise in the water. The swimming pool is clean and long and provides ample space for swimming laps. There is a shower with cold and warm water which one can make use of after a dip in the pool to rinse off. Adequate and sufficient, this is the only facility of its kind in Oaxaca. Be careful when walking around as with all swimming pools, the floor can be slippery. The public swimming time is from 11 AM to 3 PM, and for 75 pesos one has access to an hour of swimming which more than suffices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday morning my husband and I swam laps - 75 pesos each for a hour swim! Had the entire pool to ourselves- the water was a great temperature and not overly chlorinated- fantastic!
