★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustan mucho sus instalaciones, y los entrenadores explican muy bien, pero en cuanto al personal de oficina, algunas veces son muy groseros y nada flexibles, deben dar más soluciones a nosotros los clientes. No es justo que por algún percance que tengamos y no podamos asistir a las clases no las repongan. Es una inversión que hacemos y que nos costó trabajando, y con esa situación es como si la tiraramos a la basura. Es nuestro dinero y no es justo que se pierda de esa forma.
I really like their facilities, and the trainers explain very well, but as for the office staff, sometimes they are very rude and not flexible, they must give more solutions to us, the clients. It is not fair that due to some mishap that we have and cannot attend classes, they are not made up. It is an investment that we make and that cost us working, and with that situation it is as if we were throwing it away. It is our money and it is not fair that it should be wasted that way.
