My son Santi has been delighted to help him complete his physical development, working on his elasticity, balance, and energy. He likes mantras that help him relax. I loved the activity we did together ?❤️? in yoga-family, we connected and it was fun ?. I recommend this activity. My son is 11 years old, so I invite you to register the little ones and tweens ?
