Lo que no entiendo es que no instalen una lista de espera para acordar los eventuales lugares disponibles el 1°/sept/2019 según el orden de llamadas. ¿O se trata de madrugar y hacer cola ese día? ¿O de provocar problemas entre los aspirantes? Para ser una escuela, debería poner el ejemplo.
I understand that now they do not have place for September. What I do not understand is that they do not install a waiting list to agree on the possible places available on 1 / sept / 2019 according to the order of calls. Or is it about getting up early and queuing that day? Or to cause problems among the aspirants? To be a school, you should set the example.
