Recuerdo a una condiscípula llamada Edith, con quien bailé "Las Bicicletas" en segundo año, con motivo de un Día de las Madres. Entre los maestros y maestras que recuerdo estaban el profesor Casimiro y las profesoras Ángeles (ya muy viejita entonces, flaca y muy maquillada, siempre fumando) y María Antonieta Sánchez Vázquez. Algunos otros condiscípulos eran Ricardo Pelayo y dos hermanos apellidados Cinco; además recuerdo una llamada Lidia, otra Elvia, otro Alfredo y un matoncito llamado Chucho, que vivía en Eligio Ancona. También había una güerita muy bonita a la que le decían Lolín. Mi padre tenía un taller de reparación de calzado junto a la escuela.
I studied there between 1962 and 1967, in the afternoon shift at the José Enrique Rodó school. I remember a classmate named Edith, with whom I danced "The Bicycles" in the second year, on the occasion of Mother's Day. Among the teachers I remember were Professor Casimiro and Professor Ángeles (already very old then, skinny and very make-up, always smoking) and María Antonieta Sánchez Vázquez. Some other classmates were Ricardo Pelayo and two brothers named Five; I also remember a call Lidia, another Elvia, another Alfredo and a little boy named Chucho, who lived in Eligio Ancona. There was also a very pretty güerita to which they called Lolín. My father had a shoe repair shop next to the school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La escuela es amplia eh incluso cuenta con comedor ,sala de conferencias /obras de teatro y todos estos techados aunque la estructura de la escuela es antigua de puede apreciar que sirve con su mandato sobre la educación de la misma desconozco la tasa de aprendizaje
The school is wide eh even has a dining room, conference room / theater and all these roofed although the structure of the school is old you can see that it serves with its mandate on education of the same I do not know the rate of learning
