Persona atenta razonable y con gran sentido de responsabilidad dispuesto a un acuerdo con beneficio común, ejemplo: me corté el cabello para poder pedir que los alumnos vengan con cortes razonables....Sin palabras enzeñar con el ejemplo derriba cualquier argumento. El sr. Director en su auto con 4 chavos llegando a la escuela en un ambienté agradable, mientras que el Sr. Sub-director, que lo sub también es en su preparación., Sólo en un cuarto con una cara de estoy tomando café Americano.
