★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escuela del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, ofrece 4 carreras: Ingeniería Topográfica y Fotogrametrica, Ingeniería Geológica, Ingeniería Geofísica e Ingeniería Petrolera, cuenta con un edificio de aulas, un edificio de laboratorios, un edificio de posgrado y un edificio de gobierno, también cuenta con canchas deportivas y con varios talleres artísticos y culturales, dentro de esta escuela está un Museo de Geología.
 School of the National Polytechnic Institute, offers 4 careers: Topographic and Photogrammetric Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geophysical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering, it has a classroom building, a laboratory building, a postgraduate building and a government building, it also has fields sports and with various artistic and cultural workshops, within this school is a Geology Museum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basofia, aquí impera la corrupción, el compadrazgo y la incompetencia docente. Simplemente el politécnico. No es de extrañarse que la UANL y la UNAQ les estén comiendo el mandado. Si de verdad quieren hacer un cambio sustancial, deberían dar una buena revisión a su personal docente, mediocres, morosos e irresponsables. Hay algunos que si valen la pena, pero no son la gran mayoría lamentablemente. Mucha burocracia al momento de las reinscripciones y no se te ocurra que te atoren, porque es muy difícil salir de ese bucle, con sus dictámenes. Le dan prioridad a los "alumnos destacados", que se la pasan barqueando, pagando y consiguiendo exámenes. La peor escuela de todo el IPN. Le voy a poner 3 estrellas porque si hay muy buenos profesores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la mejor ESIME que ofrece el IPN. La quinta estrella se la ganará cuando todos los profesores amen la ingeniería y su entusiasmo se refleje hacia los alumnos.
It is the best ESIME that the IPN offers. The fifth star will be earned when all the teachers love engineering and their enthusiasm is reflected towards the students.
