Really bad customer service! They don’t get the trash out you have to take down yourself, you need to go down and get toilet paper and trash bags. Elevators are bad you have to wait for a while to go up or down, everyone I saw took the stairs. By the end of my stay they said there was a small stain on the sheet so they charge me $25 just for a small stain that I’m sure.. sure it was washable, like c’mon I stayed for 7 days I’m sure stuff will get dirty. Anyways I did pay for some used sheet for $25 lol. Never felt this kind of customer service elsewhere. I recommend people to becareful will travel again but never stay at this place.

Five star Five Diamond resort. They are currently under construction but they do have a small bar at the pool area. Do have a pool and hot tub..

I can start by telling you, there is a reception area. Also the pool is very nice there is also a bar with plenty of mix drinks. They have 24 he security. The rooms are amazing, we stayed in unit a102 and the view and amenities are awesome. There is no sun shades by the pool so bring your own. I was there 6 days and it was busy every single day. Beach is also amazing.

The rooms are Beautiful! The vibe is very retirement community with A LOT of RULES. The pool area is the NO FUN ZONE! They do not provide any shade, or allow you to bring your own! Pool chairs are literally planks of wood. They serve drinks at the pool bar in plastic cups however, you are not allowed to drink them in the pool. So you can sit in a very uncomfortable chair with zero shade if you want to enjoy them! The only Food available is room service with a limited menu. The beach area was not crowded, however unless it is high tide there are a lot of sharp rocks. We enjoyed the room but not worth the high price for zero amenities and the hassle from management.

Wanted to try the resort out since it is new. We supposedly rented a first floor unit. They put us on the 12th floor and shrugged their shoulders about it. Can’t enjoy the beach in front of the resort because it’s full of sharp rocks. This is our second day. The kids are cut up every where and they don’t want to go back to the beach. Then at 7:30 this morning everyone in our room was woken up by a load crash. The entire sink fell in soaking all of our food we had under the side cabinets (these were the only open cabinets and there’s no partition). The sink was glued in but not braced. Called every number we have and no one will answer. It’s a struggle getting all of your stuff from your vehicle up to the condo. You’re not allowed to use their cart unless their staff is with you which means you have to pay them. The elevators aren’t convenient to the parking lot. For being “new” everything is falling apart all over the place around here. We won’t stay here again

False advertising. 1. Provided the washing machine, the entire dryer missing. 2. Provided the dustpan, no broom 3. Guest shower , have to stand in the dirty water your showering from. No drainage. 4. Pool and hot tub not working. 5. No ice in the fridge. 6. People can see right through the front door to the living room Then because I had brushed off my face from the beach. I accidentally got lipstick ? on the hand towel and was charged $10. Don't do it. Go to another resort.
