Llamé para comprar más y es desepcionante la manera en que la Resepcionista Marian responde.
Me dijo q hablara a otra hora porque las chicas de venta estaban comiendo y me colgó.
Al día siguiente llame y le dije que quería el precio de las sillas y me contestó que ella no tenía ese dato. Después me comunico con ventas dónde todo ok.
Esa chica necesita un curso de atención al cliente.
Con que me hubiera dicho,: la comunico con la persona responsable de ventas, era suficiente.
I have chairs I like and they are very comfortable.
I called to buy more, and the way Receptionist Marian responds is disappointing.

That girl needs a customer service course.
