★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La propuesta de valor suena muy bien al principio pero el servicio al cliente es malísimo. Más de 7 semanas para proponer un estudio que inicialmente tardaría 2.
No te cobran la propuesta al inicio y esto es un error porque prácticamente no tienen incentivos para entregar en tiempo y ser profesionales.
The value proposition sounds great at first, but the customer service sucks. More than 7 weeks to propose a study that would initially take 2.
They do not charge you for the proposal at the beginning and this is a mistake because they have practically no incentive to deliver on time and be professional.
