★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like working out here. The atmosphere is high-energy with supportive coaches to walk you through your chosen training regime. The facility and equipment is a bit older, however they are adding more equipment and just added a cage for MMA style training. If you live nearby or prefer boxing/kick-boxing/MMA training, I recommend this place. For power lifters and people trying to lift heavy, you might find this place will limit you at a certain point. Overall, great place to train.
