En mi caso, fui afectado en un siniestro, solo tenían que tomar fotos y mandarlas a la aseguradora AIG, demoraron 8 días naturales en enviarlas. Llame al seguro después de los 2 días hábiles desde que lleve mi vehículo para que lo valorarán y enviaran las fotos, comentando el seguro que aún no enviaban prueba alguna. En administrativo que fue lo mío, su trabajo dejó mucho que desear. No quise dejar mi vehículo a reparación porque si así se tardan en enviar fotos, no quiero imaginar lo que se puedan demorar en tratar de repararlo. Lousy administrative (office) processes.
