Excelente atencion del Ginecologo.. recomendable 100%

Excelentes doctores especialistas, la atención de los doctores excelente y los consultorios muy bien equipados.

NO SE LE RECOMIENDA a este Oftalmologo Dr. Julio Ceja y su secretaria, fueron muy muy poco profesionales. Hacen cita y lo dejan a uno esperando 2 a 3 horas y por encima maltratan a las personas. Poco profesionalismo, parece que este doctor a pesar que estudio para ser un profesional, lo educado lo pasa por encima. Su secretaria tiene una actitud pedante, amargada y trompuda. Si pudiera darle negativa estrella como experiencia se lo daria. Tambien me quizo cerrar la puerta en la cara pero no lo deje. Poco profesionalismo y falta de mucha ética. Yo soy una profesional y jamas trataria a un cliente de la manera que ellos me trataron. 1. Porque nosotros dependemos de los clientes y 2. Vamos una institucion educativa en donde nos forman y nos fomentan la ética y rofesionalismo. Por "profesionales" como este qye se corre la mala fama al trato humano.

Dr Arturo Coyt, Que pena y decadencia de la profesion que ejerce, el trato indigno que ofrece a los pacientes y prepotencia. Mi hermana con neumonia bilateral y todavia le pregunta.. pues que quieres que te de??? En tono de burla. No distingue entre asma bronquial y angina de Prinzmetal.

Pésimo servicio del oftalmólogo Julio Cesar Ceja Aguilar. No vale de nada tener cita, el ingresa a quien quiere y a la hora que quiere. Duramos 2 horas esperando. Muy poco profesional y su secretaria de lo peor. No les recomiendo en absoluto asistir a consulta con el. Pareciera que lo tienen a uno esperando por una consulta gratuita y no lo es.

Pésima atención del Cardiólogo Ivan, se agendo una cita para las 6 de la tarde se hicieron las 8 de la noche y aun había otro paciente antes que mi mamá y de pronto dejo el consultorio para ir a otro Hospital y atender otra cita. Muy poco profesional, ademas de que no se respeta el horario de la cita. Hasta en el IMSS respetan mas los horarios.

El mejor ginecologo obstetra perinatologo que tenemos en jiquilpan y la region. Gracias buen doctor muy profesional y ?% seguro confiable y muy responsable.

I'm not sure the good reviews aren't fake overall. This isn't a hospital its specialty drs only. Every office appears to be independent. The lab offers great service. To see the drs you have to go to the front desk; which is in great need of improvement. The front desk lady works for several doctors and is in charge of their scheduling. Dr. Oyoqui is supposedly a very prestigious Ob-gyn. In 2020, my first impression of the front desk was bad, since my wait was about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Then the dr's knowledge and ease with words reassured me I was in the right place! I went back in 2021. Again, I waited about 2 hours arranged for surgery in 4 days. He asked me to fast for my pre-op labs and then come straight to his office at 9am (so I would be his first appointment.) It was shortly past 8am on my pre-op visit. I went straight to the front desk to be signed in, but front desk lady refused and told me I had to wait for my lab results before signing me in. I was the first one there! She signed me in around 9:15. Meanwhile the FD lady kept squeezing in walk-ins. As I overheard patient's mentioning they were there at dr's request. I was hungry, upset and debated about leaving several times, but the lady kept giving me excuses about the walk-ins "they're just here for results ; or stitch removal." Dr. Oyoqui saw me at 1:45pm wow! He got upset when I mentioned wait time. I should've left then. But, I went on with surgery and it all went well. He asked me to come back for stitch removal in a week. He said it be an early walk-in and promised it would be in and out. Wrong again! The lady kept me waiting for 3 hours and kept squeezing walk-ins for stitch removals ignoring mine. After the appointment Dr. Oyoqui agreed to a follow up post-op in 6 weeks at 9 am. I was the first one there. But, no front desk lady for about an hour. So, I decided to call the doctor and no answer. I texted him on WA he saw it, but never answered. It was past 10am and then I asked the lady to sign me in. She acted innocently: "Dr. Oyoqui won't be in today, but since I didn't have your number to call you to cancel ", she stated. I was thinking to myself "I had to get up extra early and traveled an hour to get here"! I was mute, and she didn't even apologize! UNBELIEVABLE! They're probably good doctors. Can't judge them all. Dr. Oyoqui does need to respect patients privacy rights though. I was so upset when my in-law told me he discussed my private health with her at her appointment, but he denied it! ADVISE: They were in desperate need of better administration. They're probably good doctors, they just need to work on people skills. If you can find better service elsewhere do so. Don't waste your precious time waiting to see who they choose to privilege or discriminate *** Three Stars because surgery was the only thing that went smoothly. Surgical & hospital staff at San Rafael hospital was great!
