They love doggies and are very knowledgeable, the misión is great and has help reduced the animal population a lot, something that is good in the long term, to avoid animal suffering.

I'm not one to make bad reviews but with the experience I had with this clinic on thursday requires one. I had brought in kittens and dogs in the past to get sterilized and everything went well. On Thursday November 12th, 2020 I took in my 4 month old kitten and 2 year old perfectly healthy dog to get sterilized and vaccinated. My dog was a male and I know it's a simple procedure. They had called me at 3pm telling me he had woken up from surgery but went into cardiac arrest and they couldn't revive him. He died. Also, my kitten took hours after I brought her home to finally wake up and stand up straight. I believe the anesthesiologist who was working that day killed my dog! I am beyond upset and grieving. I will be taking my pets to Dr. El Gallo here in town.

What a wonderful place to have for options.. I took my cat in to be seen a little after 3pm not realizing I should have been there before 3pm for check in. The staff area speak English and I barely speak Spanish but there was another client who was bilingual and she offered to translate. When my cat was seen by the vet, when the vet had a question she would look directly at me and speak then wait for the translation and answer to be translated back to her. The lady vet made very sure I understood the directions for medication and if he gets worse/no better to bring the cat in Monday morning and they would do some blood work on him... They do work off donations and can always use money, blankets, towels, dog/cat food, both wet & dry as well as puppy, adult, & senior foods. Can always call to see what they need the most.. I'd hope not to have to go back but if I need a vet in the future (having 4 dogs, 2 cats) I'd easily go back to Esperanzas.

Dra. Claudia is very professional and she cares about your pet. Her services are reasonable to spay and neuter pets. She took the time to speak with me about the dog that I rescued and provided assistance to me after hours. This you do not often find these days. I did not have much interaction with the staff so I cannot comment on that but I had a very favourable experience.
