★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace casi un mes traté de hacer una compra con tarjeta y su terminal marcó la tarjeta declinada, pero si se hizo el cargo. Obviamente y con justa razón no quisieron darme el producto, hice lo que tenía que hacer con el banco y al final del proceso me dijeron que la empresa si había facturado la compra, me comuniqué con ellos y los empleados súper groseros y mal encarados, sobre todo la recepcionista y me decían que el banco estaba mintiendome, cosa que no es posible. Nunca me quisieron comunicar con el personal administrativo, solo me dieron un correo y por ese medio, después de un mes de demostrarles con papeles del banco que sí se había hecho el cobro, me devolvieron mi dinero, pero siempre echándome la culpa a mi y argumentando que yo nunca dije las cosas como eran. No digo q sean mala empresa, solo cuidado cuando paguen con tarjeta porque, como dije antes, los empleados mencionaron que eso les pasaba seguido. Esto fue en la sucursal de Tlalpan.
Almost a month ago I tried to make a card purchase and their terminal marked the declined card, but the charge was made. Obviously and for good reason they did not want to give me the product, I did what I had to do with the bank and at the end of the process they told me that the company had invoiced the purchase, I communicated with them and the super rude and bad-faced employees, about all the receptionist and they told me that the bank was lying to me, which is not possible. They never wanted to communicate with the administrative staff, they only gave me an email and by that means, after a month of showing them with bank papers that the payment had been made, they returned my money, but always blaming me and arguing that I never said things as they were. I am not saying that they are a bad company, just be careful when paying with a card because, as I said before, the employees mentioned that this happened to them often. This was at the Tlalpan branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solamente porque no puedo dar menos de una estrella. Una basura de empresa. Tratan a los clientes de pésima manera. Los productos son de muy mala calidad. Entregan en el tiempo que ellos quieren y no entregan lo que uno pide. Lo peor es que aún así se atreven a culpar al cliente. Jamás volveré. Pésimo.
Just because I can't give less than one star. A company rubbish. They treat customers in a terrible way. The products are of very poor quality. They deliver in the time they want and do not deliver what you ask for. The worst thing is that they still dare to blame the customer. I will never go back. Appalling.
