Somos una empresa 100 % mexicana dedicada a la moda de alta costura, nuestros productos estrellas son los vestidos de novia y también los vestidos de XV años, en el año de 1968 surge la idea de nuestros fundadores de introducirse al mundo de la moda nupcial, nuestros vestidos en ese tiempo se confeccionaban en pequeños talleres por modistas de gran corazón y con una amplia experiencia, debido al gran éxito en el año de 1972 surge la marca Essence, un Sueño de Novia, hoy por hoy, Essence cuenta con más de 20 puntos de venta propios, en nuestras boutiques nuestras asesoras te apoyarán en todo momento para hacer la mejor elección de tu vestido, garantizando una experiencia de compra única y especial.
Después de cinco décadas con orgullo decimos que han sido 50 años de sueños compartidos, de ilusiones cumplidas y de novias felices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal que trabaja ahí es excepcional, te muestran varios vestidos, todos nuevos y bien planchados. Buenos precios. Son diseños que se ajusta a la talla pero no puedes modificar nada.
The attention of the staff that works there is exceptional, they show you several dresses, all new and well ironed. Good prices. They are designs that fit the size but you can not modify anything.

Excellent attention, I went for my dress and I only had 4 days for it to be ready and the same staff agreed to have it as soon as possible. The dresses are very cute and the price is extremely affordable.

Very friendly always and attentive. They show you what you like and are very patient. I need my date to check for adjustments, but I loved buying my dress there. Its beautiful!

Cuando volví a ingresar mis datos me decía que ya tenía una cita y que esperará el correo de confirmación.
Llamé a sucursal y nunca atendieron.
La verdad tenía muchas ganas de visitarlos en busca de mi vestido.
Me decepcionó mucho su servicio.
I requested an appointment online, I never received the confirmation email, nor did I get a call.
When I re-entered my information, it told me that I already had an appointment and that it will wait for the confirmation email.
I called the branch and they never answered.
The truth was I really wanted to visit them in search of my dress.
I was very disappointed in their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito el lugar pero cuando me atendieron no se tomaron un momento para preguntarme qué me gustaba, me sentí muy presionada a probar vestidos que no eran de mi gusto ni talla, el trato fue muy frívolo y no me volvieron a llamar para probarme el único vestido que me había gustado en mi verdadera talla. Sentí que si eres una novia de bajo presupuesto no eres bien recibida :( Mejor busqué en otro lado.
The place was very nice but when they attended to me they did not take a moment to ask me what I liked, I felt very pressured to try dresses that were not my taste or size, the treatment was very frivolous and they did not call me again to try on the only one dress that I had liked in my true size. I felt that if you are a low budget girlfriend you are not well received :( I had better look elsewhere.

Lo primero que me preguntaron fue cuál era mi presupuesto, y luego, que no me ofrecerían algo de línea sino de bodega porque en 3 meses no me aseguraban un vestido. Todo el tiempo me estuvieron recalcando mi presupuesto y aunque les hice hincapié en que podía pagar más, el trato no mejoró. Iba con mi mejor amiga y varias veces le cerraron la cortina en la cara, inició probándome vestidos una señora y terminó otra chica. En resumen, terminé comprando en una tienda que me atendió totalmente diferente y un vestido mucho mejor que los que vi en Esscence y atendida por una modista
I made my appointment by phone and when I arrived at the place they did not have me scheduled. The first thing they asked me was what my budget was, and then, that they would not offer me something from the line but from the warehouse because in 3 months they did not assure me a dress. All the time they were emphasizing my budget and although I emphasized that I could pay more, the treatment did not improve. I went with my best friend and several times they closed the curtain in her face, a lady started by trying on dresses and another girl finished. In summary, I ended up buying in a store that treated me totally different and a much better dress than the ones I saw in Esscence and attended by a dressmaker
