★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA!! NO VAYAN !! No suelo ser una persona complicada y me adapto a las circunstancias pero que me quieran ver la cara, me purga.
Fui a buscar mi vestido de novia en Febrero 2020 y lamentablemente por la pandemia tuve que atrasar el evento como muchas otras novias. Deje apartado mi vestido con $12,500 y se me aclaro que el vestido no se mandaba pedir a España hasta que lo liquidará en su totalidad. (En esta fecha me probé una talla 8) y yo lo había apartado para una talla 10.
Mi boda civil será en Italia y siempre estuve pendiente del vestido, avisando en buen tiempo que seguía interesada pero no podía regresar (estando en Italia) ya que estaba resolviendo papeles allá.
La semana pasada llamo a la tienda y me dicen que habían pedido mi vestido y ya había llegado (cosa rara porque aun no lo pagaba). Primero que había llegado en marzo después que llegó en septiembre, y todavía al preguntar pues no sabían la talla.
Hoy justo fui a verlo, etiquetado por fuera con talla 10. NUNCA lo pidieron y me querían vender un vestido ya probado, engañándome con la talla y exigiéndome que ya lo tenía que pagar.
Al revisar las etiquetas internas decía talla 8, es una vergüenza que engañen así a la gente. Y todavía recibir comentarios de “pero es el modelo que te gustó” SI pero NO es la talla, “igual te aumentó la espalda” “Te lo tenemos guardado desde hace 1 año” Pues si porque ese ya es el que tenían en bodega para probarse, NUNCA lo pidieron y porque voy a pagar un vestido probado, sin que me quedé bien porque no cuesta $3 pesos y siendo 3 colecciones pasadas.
CERO profesionalismo, CERO honestidad, CERO ética por parte de las Señoras Silvias. Hablando con la verdad se podía resolver las cosas, pero pasarse de listas deja un muy mal sabor de boca y una muy mala experiencia que se traduce en NO VOLVER A REGRESAR !!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE !! DO NOT GO !! I am not usually a complicated person and I adapt to the circumstances but that they want to see my face, it purges me.
I went to get my wedding dress in February 2020 and unfortunately due to the pandemic I had to delay the event like many other brides. I set aside my dress with $ 12,500 and it was clarified that the dress was not ordered to Spain until it was fully liquidated. (On this date I tried on a size 8) and I had saved it for a size 10.
My civil wedding will be in Italy and I was always aware of the dress, warning in good time that I was still interested but could not return (being in Italy) since I was solving papers there.
Last week I called the store and they told me they had ordered my dress and it had already arrived (rare because I had not paid for it yet). First that it had arrived in March after it arrived in September, and still when asking because they did not know the size.
Today I just went to see it, labeled on the outside with size 10. They NEVER asked for it and they wanted to sell me a tried-and-tested dress, deceiving me with the size and demanding that I already had to pay for it.
When checking the internal labels it said size 8, it is a shame that they deceive people like that. And still receive comments of "but it is the model that you liked" YES but it is NOT the size, "your back increased anyway" "We have saved it for you for 1 year" Well yes, because that is already the one they had in the warehouse for to try on, they NEVER asked for it and because I am going to pay for a tested dress, without that I was good because it does not cost $ 3 pesos and being 3 past collections.
ZERO professionalism, ZERO honesty, ZERO ethics on the part of the Silvias ladies. Truthfully speaking, things could be solved, but going over the list leaves a very bad taste in the mouth and a very bad experience that translates into NOT COMING BACK !!!

Prior to trying on dresses, my daughter and I were able to look through their bridal catalog to show what she was interested in. The dressing room was large and elegant, and the lighting was great. Angelica was professional, kind, and patient. We left with a beautiful wedding dress!
