★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace falta mucha vigilancia por parte de las autoridades ya que los guardias de seguridad que están en cada estación solo se dedican a ver que las personas no pasen sin pagar pasaje, de ahí en fuera si llega a pasar algo adicional no actúan de forma que el usuario se sienta seguro en unas instalaciones como debería de ser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta estación es la base y terminal de la ruta "Exprés 1". También pasa el servicio "Exprés 2" para mujeres y el ordinario (únicamente en dirección Pantitlán los dos). Tarda al rededor de 35 a 45 minutos el recorrido Los tiempos de salida de las unidades "Exprés 1" varían demasiado, ya que, algunas veces, así como llegan van saliendo, otras, se queda parado un buen rato. Eso es algo en lo que se debe trabajar, tener salidas de unidades constantes. Tómenlo en cuenta por si piensan abordar esta ruta
