No me resolvieron y como la reservación la hice en Booking.com pues al comunicarme con ellos, tampoco resuelven excusándose que ya lo están viendo con la administración del hotel, que hay una falla en la zona, muy mal, agua hay, sólo que las llaves del agua caliente no sale nada. Pésimo servicio, a ver si mañana si puedo bañarme en la habitación contratada y pagada. Very bad service, there is no hot water in the room, the manager only apologizes for the lack of service. Paredes y techos están manchados, no hay aire acondicionado, tarda mucho o a veces no sale agua caliente, los servicios para el número de personas en reserva no están completos. The location of the place is good, but the rooms could be improved. Walls and ceilings are stained, there is no air conditioning, it takes a long time or sometimes hot water does not come out, the services for the number of people in reservation are not complete.

Estacionamiento no hay pero frente a la puerta principal estacionas, con vigilancia por cámaras de seg. Quien desee las B es buena opción. Very good place, cleanliness, order in rooms as shown in the photos, good location, access to the center, only the bathroom is too small. There is no parking but in front of the main door you park, with surveillance by security cameras. Who wants the B is a good option.
B	Brenda Hidalgo Rodríguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es muy bonito, muy acogedor, no tendrá estacionamiento pero tiene lo que otros no ofrecen, bueno, bonito y barato. Todo el personal muy amable. No tiene aire acondicionado pero no lo necesita porque la habitación que me tocó estaba muy fresca y hasta fría en un tiempo, aún así tiene un pequeño ventilador que no usamos por lo mismo. Puedes usar la cocina a gusto y las áreas del hotel para comer a gusto. Sin duda volvería a reservar aquí. The hotel is very nice, very cozy, it will not have parking but it has what others do not offer, well, nice and cheap. All staff very friendly. It does not have air conditioning but it does not need it because the room that I got was very cool and even cold for a while, even so it has a small fan that we did not use for the same reason. You can use the kitchen at ease and the hotel areas to eat at ease. I would definitely book here again.
