Buses are on time, we didn't got any complications, except some waiting time, all in all, decent service.

It has free WiFi (pretty slow), a small store for the basic needs, toilet and plenty of fans to cool you down.

Waiting here for the ADO bus for over 30 minutes now. It’s difficult to rely on them like this. I don’t recommend them.

Place is clean, safe, this city is a connection to other cities so bus depot here is organized enough to serve you well, the routes are announced over a loud speaker in Spanish and English, first class moves mechanically and second class not bad, there is a reason to call this second class, clean restrooms, have coins, it has a cost, but it's for the benefit of having it clean for you, pay happily it'll be clean. They sell cold soft drinks water etc It's good, most tourists and/or travelers stay close to the Town square which is two blocks away and in between little shops, a market place with the local things at fair prices, like the dresses, guayabera shirts, the hats, couple of drug stores great tacos cochinita pibil ( Yucatán staple) at the corner of44th and 39th Street is a Tortillas factory and between 7 and one you may buy the real recipe, which is simply cooked from scratch, at the end it's more or less an even flavour, but some people cook less cause they used canned ingredients, that's why you wanna get the real flavor, we'll try there as of course many other places.

lean, mean and clean, and those dividers will keep me safe. I'll take an Ado over a taxi or collectivo any day of the week.

ADO speak no English and are poorly educated. Causing us to waste time and money because of bad information about bus connections. Did not refund our tickets that we spent going to Tizimín just to come immediately back. Very bad service and info!

Can't agree with the people who think Cancun was worse. By comparison this one is very cramped and the information on display is non-existent. Woe-betide you miss one of the very quiet announcements or you'll miss your bus. The town council really should work on improving space both in here and in the city centre as the population seems to exceed the limitations.

Friendly staff. Much friendlier than the Cancun ADO bus terminal. Very small bus terminal in a cute little town. Had a little coffee shop and store inside. We purchased bus tickets through the ADO app and just scanned to board the bus.
