Recuerdos perdidos de una estación que le llevó el progreso a un pueblo que pertenecía a la jurisdicción de San Juan de los Llanos, actual Libres, Puebla. Dicha estación daba trabajo a más de 600 ferrocarrileros que hicieron de Oriental un pueblo de esperanza. Un antiguo carro de correos de "vía angosta" aún sobre sus rieles se puede admirar en aquella estación, ahora en manos extranjeras. La vía angosta tenía como destino al ciudad de Teziutlan.
Fue hasta los años cuarenta del siglo pasado cuando se reglamentaron las medidas de las vías férreas, unas eran de 1.44 m y otras de 914 mm, pero no necesariamente se cumplía la reglamentación.
 Oriental Station
Lost memories of a station that brought progress to a town that belonged to the jurisdiction of San Juan de los Llanos, now Free, Puebla. This station employed more than 600 railroads who made Oriental a town of hope. An old "narrow gauge" post car still on its rails can be admired at that station, now in foreign hands. The narrow road had as its destination the city of Teziutlan.
It was not until the forties of the last century that railroad measurements were regulated, some were 1.44 m and others 914 mm, but the regulation was not necessarily followed.
