★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si ves una bicicleta en el mapa, es muy probable que no se encuentre en el lugar. Puedes levantar tu reporte, pero nadie lo atenderá ni le dará seguimiento. Si encuentras una bicicleta, lo más probable es que le falten piezas. Hay muchas otras retenidas dentro de negocios o estacionadas en lugares que no están autorizados. De nuevo, si lo reportas, no pasará nada. Incluso, muchos repartidores de Ubereats las retienen. Es una pena su falta de servicio. Ojalá pronto tengamos más opciones de otras compañías para utilizar bicicletas de préstamo, una que se lo tome en serio
If you see a bicycle on the map, it is very likely that it is not there. You can raise your report, but no one will attend to it or follow up on it. If you find a bike, it is most likely missing parts. There are many others being held within businesses or parked in unauthorized locations. Again, if you report it, nothing will happen. Many Ubereats deliverymen even retain them. It's a shame their lack of service. Hopefully soon we will have more options from other companies to use loaner bikes, one that takes it seriously
