★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tienen en la estación que está sobre avenida Olímpica casi esquina con Blvd. Asís.
Fui por la cercanía a mi domicilio,, el sábado 11 de de enero aproximadamente a las 3:45 pm, la persona que me atendió con malos modales, le pedí una carga de 200 honestamente no supe cuanto me despacho ya que se negó a darme mi recibo, argumentando que no podía hacerlo, y que si lo quería llamara al numero de teléfono de la empresa ya que la empresa es la que no quiere que se entreguen los recibos.
Haré mi denuncia ante Profeco para que revise el asunto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio pides un cilindro y tardan hasta un día completo en llevarlo, dan solo excusas, que si el operador, que tienen mucho trabajo pero nunca la hora en la que te pueden entregar. Operadora grosera y de malas. Su chamba es atender al cliente señores y así pues van de mal en peor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En la VIDA les vuelvo a comprar, pedí un cilindro de 30lts el 1ro de feb 2021 y me duró 1MES!!!! Es una casa de 1 piso, 1 solo baño, y soy solo, uso el gas solamente para bañarme y cocino únicamente fines de semana. Es imposible que me haya durado tan poco.
In LIFE I buy from them again, I ordered a 30 liter cylinder on February 1, 2021 and it lasted 1 MONTH !!!! It is a house with 1 floor, 1 bathroom, and I am alone, I only use gas for bathing and I only cook on weekends. It is impossible that it has lasted so little.

Y ni se digan las pipas que tardan años en llegar y eso sí es que llegan... Jamás vuelvo a contratar este ineficiente servicio... Ojalá hubiera más opciones de gas aquí en León

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si piden gas estacionario tardan mucho. Llevamos 5 hrs esperando y no vienen y solo dan excusas de que según vienen en camino.
Es muy tedioso estar esperando.
